Hi ! A bit late to the party ;)
I doesn't seem to catch midi input actually. KDE Neon distribution here, based on Ubuntu 22.04.
When invoking aconnectgui, I see no MIDI port corresponding to the game. It does work in other games though, like ExorcistPiano :)
Cheers ! BTW I'm very interested if you know of other interesting MIDI games :)
